DO NOT take my resources and claim them as your own.
DO NOT create your own resources by editing mine.
DO NOT remove the credits from the resource.
DO NOT use my designs for XXX material.
DO NOT direct link.

Transparent PNGs can be used to make resources and designs, because that is its reason for existing. You are not breaking the second rule by using a transparent PNG from this site.
